Our goal
We aim to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
What we do
- Design with readable type, sufficient color contrast, and clear focus indicators.
- Structure pages with semantic HTML and descriptive headings.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Test navigation with keyboard-only interaction.
- Review forms for clear labels, error messages, and logical tab order.
Third-party content
Some pages include embedded content or links to third-party tools (for example, our client portal, scheduling provider, or payment processor). We encourage those providers to maintain accessible experiences, but we do not control their products.
